Privacy Notice
Below we explain how we process personal data provided when making reservations, placing orders, contacting the restaurant and using payment services.
1. Data controller

2. What data we process
Depending on how you use the website, we may process, in particular:
- full name,
- telephone number,
- e-mail address,
- reservation date and time,
- number of guests covered by a reservation,
- the content of any notes provided voluntarily,
- information relating to an order,
- delivery address and information provided in connection with delivery,
- geographic coordinates and distance determined from the delivery address provided,
- payment status information,
- technical data relating to use of the website, such as IP address, device data or server logs, where processed for security and proper operation of the website.
Please do not provide special-category personal data or other information that is not necessary for handling your reservation or order in fields intended for notes.
3. Reservations
We process data provided in the reservation form in order to accept and manage the reservation, contact you about it and send information relating to the reservation.
The legal basis for processing is taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract and performance of the agreed service — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Reservation confirmations and information may be sent by e-mail or SMS. These are not marketing messages.
4. Orders
We process data provided when an order is placed in order to accept the order, contact the customer, agree details, prepare the order, hand it over or deliver it, and settle the transaction.
If the customer chooses delivery, the address provided is used to determine the delivery location, delivery zone, distance and applicable delivery charge.
To determine the coordinates of the address technically, we use Google's geocoding service. The delivery address may be sent to Google only to the extent necessary to determine its location.
The system does not use the customer's device location. Location is determined from the address entered by the customer in the order form.
The legal basis for processing is performance of a contract or taking steps at the customer's request prior to entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Where the law requires accounting or settlement records to be retained, data may also be processed for compliance with the controller's legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
5. Tpay payments
If the customer uses online payment, data necessary to process the transaction may be transferred to the Tpay payment system operator.
Tpay is operated by: Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A., with its registered office in Poznań.
Tpay processes payment-related data in accordance with its own data protection rules.
6. Contact by e-mail and telephone
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we use the data provided during that contact solely to deal with your message or matter.
The legal basis may be performance of a contract, steps taken prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in conducting ongoing communication — Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, as applicable.
7. Recipients of data
Data may be disclosed only to entities whose involvement is necessary for operation of the website, reservations, orders or payments, in particular:
- hosting and IT infrastructure providers,
- e-mail service providers,
- SMS service providers, where an SMS message is sent,
- Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. — Tpay, where you use online payment,
- Google — in connection with geocoding a delivery address, where you choose delivery,
- accounting, legal or technical service providers, where necessary,
- public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
8. How long we keep data
Reservation data is kept for the period necessary to handle the reservation and then for the period during which it may be necessary to demonstrate that the reservation was handled correctly or to establish, pursue or defend claims.
Order and payment data is kept for the period necessary to fulfil the order and for any period required by accounting, tax or settlement regulations, where applicable.
Data processed for the purpose of protection against claims may be retained until the applicable limitation period expires.
Technical logs may be retained for the period necessary to ensure security and proper operation of the system.
9. Your rights
To the extent provided for by the GDPR, you may request:
- access to your personal data,
- rectification of your data,
- erasure of your data,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interests.
The scope of individual rights depends on the legal basis and purpose of the processing.

10. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that your personal data is being processed contrary to data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
11. Is providing data mandatory?
Providing data required in the reservation or order form is voluntary, but necessary in order to handle the relevant reservation or order.
Data marked as optional is not required in order to use the service.
12. Automated decision-making
We do not use data provided when making a reservation or placing an order to make decisions about customers based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affect them.
13. Updates to this notice
This notice was updated on 24 September 2026 and may be amended if the operation of the website, services or applicable law changes.
